Want to quit smoking?
It’s tough to quit smoking. It takes
patience and lots of suppor t. But
sometimes you need more than
that. Sometimes you need an anti-
smoking aid too. Kern Family Health
Care covers nicotine patches to
help you quit. But first you need to
complete some counseling. This will
help you learn about your triggers
and how to deal with them. Triggers
are things that tempt you to light up.
Once you complete the counseling,
you will get a cer tificate. Bring it—
along with your prescription—to a
pharmacy to pick up your nicotine
patches. Then you will be on your
way to a healthy, smoke-free life!
