Now more young adults qualify for Medi-Cal…apply today! Effective Jan. 1, 2020, full scope Medi-Cal expanded to the young adult population. This includes young adults who are between the ages of 19 and 25. Young adults who do not have satisfactory immigration status or are unable to show proof of United States citizenship now qualify for Medi-Cal.
