2023 was a year of exceptional job growth for Kern Health Systems (KHS). We ended the year with 608 employees, ready to serve more than 400,000 Kern Family Health Care members in 2024. As part of our commitment to providing the best service to our members, we launched five newly formed departments and divisions in 2023. These include behavioral health, health equity, population health management, member engagement and quality performance. By strategically expanding our services, we are improving access to quality health care and providing a more personalized experience for our members.
