It was a harsh winter and he had no money for gas or even basic identification. After connecting him with resources like food assistance and guidance on replacing his IDs, he found the strength to make significant changes in his life. Now, he has two part-time jobs and just moved into his own apartment. While he achieved this on his own, he mentioned that our conversations lifted his spirits and kept him accountable.
