legislation to expand Medi-Cal
coverage to more than 1 million
Californians under federal health
reform. As of Jan. 1, 2014, those newly
eligible for Medi-Cal can join Kern
Family Health Care (KFHC) or Health
Net for Medi-Cal in Kern County.

to all people who have incomes at
or below 138 percent of the federal
