California’s Managed Care Accountability Set (MCAS) serves as a core framework for monitoring performance across preventive care, chronic disease management, behavioral health and children’s health. Final results for measurement year 2024 were confirmed at the end of September. Compared to the prior year, KFHC improved performance in 16 of 18 MCAS measures, reflecting measurable gains across multiple domains of care.
